April TBR + #30DayBookBinge

This month I'm so pumped to participate in the 4th round of #30DayBookBinge hosted by Misty @ TheBookRat. I've participated in this readathon-of-sorts with varying levels of success (put simply, if I actually put in the time, I get a lot of reading done, go figure) and this month I'm determined to stick to my goal.

What I love about the Book Binge is that it isn't about how many books you complete; There is one simple goal: to read everyday, be it for only 10 minutes. The idea is to put you back in the groove if you've been in a funk, and for me, it helps me finish books when I have a zillion going on at once. Like I do now, as you will see.

The other thing I love about Book Binge is:
P R I N T A B L E S
Yaaaaaass! I'm making it my secondary goal to update the reading logs in some form every day. There are weekly update journals, reading trackers, a calendar view, even bookmarks and a bookshelf coloring page!

Ok. Now onto the TBR!

I am currently reading... 7 books. Send help.

The Cruel Prince by Holly Black
145 pages (29%) complete

Sky in the Deep by Adrienne Young
16 pages (5%) complete... but off to a good start!

Life Inside My Mind, edited by Jessica Burkhart
46 pages (16%) complete

Monday's Not Coming by Tiffany D. Jackson
28% complete (audio) ... considering DNFing because it's moving pretty slow

Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
44% complete (ebook, reread) ... this is my read on my phone before bed book, so I have a feeling it's going to be one of the first I finish

Rabbit & Robot by Andrew Smith
8 pages (2%) complete ... okay, so I barely started this one but, like, I want it so bad

The Astonishing Color of After by Emily X. R. Pan
I've only peeked at this one, but I want to read it ASAP

And if by some miracle I finish all those, or even if I don't, I'd like to start:

Scott Pilgrim, Volume V by Bryan Lee O'Malley
This should be a quick read and I want to finish the series

Furyborn by Clare Legrand
This is a NetGalley book that I want to read before it releases in May

What are you reading this month? Are you participating in any read-a-thons or challenges?

  1. I love this idea!! This is the first I’m hearing about this, but I think it’s such a great idea because it’s just about reading a lot, as opposed to completing a set amount of books. I may have to join this super last minute! ☺️

    1. I definitely recommend it! I hope you'll join. If you read at all yesterday, you're already on track, and even if you didn't it's not too late :) I also really recommend Misty's youtube and blog. She does a lot of fun stuff and has been a favorite of mine for a long time!
